How this is scored
Every answer maps to a stage from 1 to 4 by its position, so option A is stage 1 and option D is stage 4.
A discipline's stage is the middle of its three answers, and it is never rated more than one stage above its own weakest answer. Stage 5 requires the top answer on all three questions.
Your overall level is the middle of the five discipline stages, under the same rule: it cannot sit more than one level above your weakest discipline. Nothing is averaged, because in WFM a strong forecast that intraday cannot execute does not produce a strong operation.
