Team Members

Strategic insight, effective execution, and business-focused solutions to every engagement. With deep expertise in program leadership, project delivery, process improvement and effecting change, we ensure every initiative is aligned, efficient, and impactful.

  • The Program Manager oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of IT and contact center software implementations, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and client requirements. They collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and serve as a key point of contact.

  • The Project Manager oversees the day-to-day tasks and details to ensure the work you need done gets done.  Our Project Managers don't just track tasks and plans – they jump in to help get the work done, and they own communication from start to finish to foster relationships, troubleshoot issues and manage expectations.

  • The Business Analyst bridges the gap between business needs and technological solutions, gathering and analyzing requirements, and translating them into actionable plans for IT and software implementation projects.


  • The Consultant is a broad term for very specific expertise.  Our consultants have hands-on experience handling organizational, process or people issues and are matched to engagement based on functional or industry experience.  Consultants are all about solving the right problem at the right time with a solution that fits the situation.
